Our History
AMG-A Management Group, Inc. was founded in 1997 by Harriet S. Stricklen, with contract value of $68k. By the end of 2000 AMS was awarded a multi-million dollar contract with the state of CA department of corrections. In 2005 AMG gained additional large contracts through the nation and was named one of the Top 100 Women owned Business in Florida. Other projects include 2007 Superbowl XLI, Miami FL. 2009 NBA ALL-STARS, Phoenix, AZ. In 2009 the company changed its name to AMG-A Management Group, Inc. the new name was formed to release its reputation as being solely a staff management company. AMG offer an array of management services in Project Management and Facility Management Services. AT&T accepted AMG as 1 of 7 Women of Color Business (WOCB) through out the nation to enter into its growth Initiative. In doing so, AT&T sponsored these businesses to become ISO9001 certified. AMG-A Management Group, Inc. is a ISO9001certified corporation.
